Dear Eurekians, we are excited to share the news that Axioms received an Impact Factor for 2021 of 1.824. Currently, Axioms is JCR-Q2 in Mathematics, Applied, and CiteScore-Q1 in Algebra and Number Theory.


This development represents a significant milestone for our affiliated journal, and we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating and offer you our sincerest thanks for your attention, support, and contribution in recent years; expressly for your participation in our Special Issues: Softcomputing: Theories and Applications II, and Softcomputing: Theories and Applications.

Results of the International Postgraduate Research Consortium 

Dear participants, the members of the International Virtual Workshop on Business Analytics Eureka 2021, held from 2 to 4 June 2021 by the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez, have the pleasure to inform you of the results of the consortium.

Title of the extended abstract: Three Hybrid Scatter Search Algorithms for Multi-Objective Job Shop Scheduling Problem .


SECOND PLACE 

Xochitl Samantha Delgado Hernández 

Thesis title: Application of mathematical programming models to the selection of verbal expressions in virtual socio-emotional agents. 

Title of the extended abstract: Implementation of the phrases selection model to the conversational agent architecture to optimize the response. 


The master’s degree award went unclaimed.

The President of the Administrative Council of the Eureka network and professor of Computer Languages ​​and Systems at the University of Jaén (UJA), Luis Martínez López, is among the 6,000 most cited researchers in the world, according to the Highly Cited Researchers (HCR) 2018 of Clarivate Analytics, company that develops the Web of Science.

The list of HCR (Highly Cited Researchers) attempts to identify the best research talent in the areas of Science and Social Sciences, since an HCR is selected for its exceptional performance in research, determined by the production of multiple articles that are highly cited, which means they are in the top 1 percent of the most cited publications for the research field and year on the Web of Science.
