1. Fill out the short registration form.
2. Receive your Reference ID and the amount to pay. You’ll get an email with your Reference ID and a PayPal payment link.
3. Make your payment and email your receipt to reg@eurekascommunity.org with your Reference ID in the subject line.
4. We will confirm your payment by email and send you a second form to provide more information about your company or research group (this helps us to identify potential matches and collaboration opportunities during the event).
Legal/official name of the company or group.
Website (if applicable) and sector.
Organization size (number of employees).
Main contact (name, role, email, WhatsApp).
If you were invited by a research group that is a member of Eurekas Community, have the group’s name ready.
How is my fee determined?
Phases:
Early Registration (until Feb 28, 2026): up to 25% discount.
Standard Registration (Mar 01 – Mar 31, 2026).
Late Registration (Apr 01 – Apr 15, 2026): surcharge.

R&D Group: from $150
Eureka AIDA Member / Invited Company (any size): from $200
Startup / Microenterprise (10 or fewer employees): from $200
Small Company (between 11 and 50 employees): from $450
Medium Size Company (between 51 to 250 employees): from $ 700
Large Company (more than 250 employees): from $900
Do I need a PayPal account?
You can pay with a card through PayPal (availability may vary by country). The link is sent in the email.
I didn’t receive the email with my Reference ID / payment link.
Check Spam/Promotions. If it’s not there, write to reg@eurekascommunity.org and include the name and email you used for registration.
How do I send the receipt?
Attach it and email reg@eurekascommunity.org with the subject: “Receipt – Reference {YOUR_ID}”.
